Another successful lambing - next lambing in April

Lambing is due to start on the 16th November.

Lambing is a week away, due to start on the 19th of June.

Lambing is all finished for another seasons. The Dorpers great fertility was evident - from 16 breeding ewes, 14 had twins and 2 single births!

2nd Feb 2011

Lambing is due to start next week. The ewes have been bought into our maternity paddock so we can keep a close eye on them.

11th June 2010

All is going well, the lambs are growing nicely and the paddocks are becoming greener. The 2nd group have just finished being mated with the ram so we have more lambs on the way.

Lambing is all over for now - time to take a well earned rest! Another sucessful lambing with over 30 lambs on the ground.

Another 2 single births overnight - a nice little ram lamb with good colour and also a little ewe lamb shown in the photo below

Lambing was due to start on the 14th April and this morning there in the paddock were our first arrivals - twin ram lambs.
